You are looking at a somewhat rare DuKane 7C40 model dynamic microphone with matching stand that's based on the exact same design as the Astatic DN-HZ and sold under license.This is a 1960's era piece that was omni-directional and set at High impedance. It was sold primarily as a general purpose microphone used for dispatch or other basic communication purposes, this mic has been tested and is working.

On a cosmetical Scale this mice is a 9.5 out of 10.

Plug plastic cover is broken but could be glued (see image) doesn't affect the working of the microphone.
