The item was exactly as described. I was going to use the tins to make reproduction cap tins for my black powder displays but the original tins did not have the rolled safety edge. BUT, I had found that they are perfect for holding spare nipple sets, revolver screw sets and spare wedges, so I was happy with the purchase. Truth be told, I have seacrhed all over the internet for tins that match the original 1800s era tins and I cannot locate any of them. But again, I found that they are perfect to label and house small revolver parts that would otherwise be easily lost. They fit perfectly into my shooting kit.
